Who We Are
Welcome to Cheers 4 Children, your trusted partner in child educational evaluations, resources, and services. At Cheers 4 Children, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
Our evaluations cover a wide range of educational disabilities and gifted placement, ensuring that each child receives the support and resources they need to thrive in their educational journey.
In addition to evaluations, we also offer advocacy, consultations, and resources to parents regarding Exceptional Student Education (ESE) services, Individualized Education Programs (IEP's), and Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE).

Our Team
Yvonne Rushing, Psy.S is a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist with over 11 years of experience in providing psychological assessments, counseling, and support to students. Yvonne received her Specialist degree in School Psychology in 2013 from Nova Southeastern University. She is certified and licensed in the state of Florida. Yvonne's goal is to enhance students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being, and maximize student achievement. She strives to utilize her skills and expertise to support and assist parents and educators in determining appropriate educational outcomes/decisions for students.
